Shipping and Return Policy

Refund Policy: NO LATER than 7 days of receipt of your order
We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return within 7 days. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. NO REFUNDS on custom made wetsuits.

When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are in order. We will credit or exchange if you are not happy with your purchase. But we will not reimburse the shipping costs unless your decision to return the item(s) was due to errors made by us.

Please return the items within 7 (SEVEN) days to the address on your packing slip. If you have further questions or problems, please call +61 3 9585 1233

In your return package please include: The packing slip, a note telling us what the problem was, and a note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item. If you do not include a note, call, fax or email us, or you may not be refunded! Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your replacement or refund. We are dedicated to carrying only the highest quality merchandise and maintaining attentive customer service. We hope you have been and will be happy with our services.

Shipping Policy

I need it overnight!

You’re going on a trip and need that last minute item? Don’t fret! Place your order by 10.00am – Standard Eastern Time  – Monday to Friday ONLY – EXCLUDES National &  Public Holidays and we will make every effort.

When will my credit card be charged for my order?

Unlike some online retailers we only charge your credit card after your order has been processed and shipped. This way we ensure to charge you accurately for the cost of the product and the cost of shipping.

If the cost of shipping is above that quoted when you place your order we will contact you.
If we think that an alternate shipping service will be better for you cost and time wise we will contact you to give you the option to change shipping services.
I’m ordering from outside of Australia.

We gladly accept international customers but we do require the following, before processing and shipping an order:

Copy of a government issued photo ID as well as a copy of the front and back of the credit card to be charged.
Customer is required to pay all duties and taxes as per hi/her country’s laws and regulations.
What if my new equipment doesn’t fit or just isn’t right for me?

Yazbeck wants every customer to be totally comfortable. Our exchange or return policy is simple and straightforward. To return or exchange a product, please return it to us as per below guidelines:

Any products that have been used in the ocean cannot be returned. So please make sure to test your suit, socks, gloves and fins before going diving. But please make sure to let them dry well before repacking for return
Products that have been modified, customized or tampered with are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

All returns should be followed up by a Phone call & Email by the customer to one of our Yazbeck Sales Representative’s and to be accompanied with a brief reason for return along with a copy of the original invoice

Does Yazbeck provide a warranty on its products?
All Yazbeck products we sell are guaranteed against defects in workmanship. We inspect our products before packing and shipping an order. If you happen to run into a problem we’re always here to fulfill our full warranty or help you to make the repairs yourself should

Products that have been modified, customized or tampered with lose their warranty.
Warranties will not be extended to products showing normal wear and tear. As a courtesy, we will help you repair products though.
All warranty requests should begin with a phone conversation with a Yazbeck associate.
